To be a successful "bad guy" you need imagination. Early bank robbers, then bank hackers did use imagination. Then the copy cats came and they were easier to arrest. FBI get most bank robbers. (We need intelligence people with imagination...they are the ones that are tougher to manage, but come up with some interesting ideas.)
