A former Twitter executive testified that he was forced to leave and sell his home, after the release of Elon Musk's "Twitter Files" resulted in a barrage of homophobic and antisemitic abuse.
Yoel Roth, Twitter's former head of trust and safety, testified before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday in a hearing about protecting speech from government interference and social media bias, a recording of his testimony reviewed by Insider showed.
During a lengthy hearing related to Twitter's handling with the Hunter Biden laptop story, Roth was asked how the release of Elon Musk's Twitter Files had affected his personal safety.

It is wrong when the "mob" comes after conservatives and dox them, threaten them, etc. and it is wrong when they go after liberals as well.
Doesn't matter that he's a partisan zealot that he's referred to those that don't align with him politically as "actual Nazis", commented on the states that went for the previous president as "we fly over those states that voted for a racist tangerine for a reason", or referred to the previous Senate Majority Leader as "a personality-free bag of farts."*
Doxing is bad. Mob revenge is bad. I don't care if someone had a bad day and used language they shouldn't have or if they said something and it is taken out of context. It's bad.

* I actually chuckled at that one ... if people would limit their partisan vitriol to language like that we probably could get along a LOT better.
