An Injustice in the Bergdahl Sentence

Wow! And the writer is an Army vet... My 2 cents is that many that side with the Deserter, point to his horrible treatment by the Taliban as punishment enough. That is BS! Had he not deserted, he wouldn't have been treated badly by the Taliban. Think about this.. someone drives home drunk. They get into an accident, kill a family, and are horribly injured. The drunk driver still faces a trial and punishment after they heal, for the lives they took while they were drunk. They don't get a pass because they were injured... there endeth my rant!
