18 U.S. Code § 2101 - Riots
US Code -(a) Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent—
(1) to incite a riot; or
(2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or
(3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or
(4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;
and who either during the course of any such travel or use or thereafter performs or attempts to perform any other overt act for any purpose specified in subparagraph (A), (B), (C), or (D) of this paragraph— [1]
Shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

She didn't incite or encourage violence; however, the examples she gives of a certain individual who did publicly encourage or promote violence found himself elected. She encouraged individuals to confront and engage public officials. If she ever instructs them to physically assault, attack, hit, strike, punch, remove, etc. then I would agree Maxine Waters is in violation of the law.

I'm going to play the same game Trump analysts play, "This is what he/she meant.."
Vocally challenge and push back on them on the issues and be heard, not physically push back on them.
I hear ya. We can accuse Waters of not being clear or caught up in the moment; almost like a rally. Just ask to keep it in perspective and give benefit of the doubt she wasn't intentionally inciting violence but hold her accountable if someone use her as an excuse to attack someone. Much like the Trump supporters that are threatening to burn down the restaurant should be held accountable.

I think it shows Maxine Waters lacks intellectual substance. Charles Krauthammer was paralyzed from the neck down and had no problems in engaging concepts, principles and destroying opposing views with out calling for violence. Martin Luther King lead a revolution for civil rights in America by denouncing violence. We are better than Maxine Waters vision of how we debate political ideology and conduct our discourse in the market place of ideas.

I am sick and tired of professional politicians spewing their hatred and ignorance throughout the media. I agree both parties leave much to be desired but this woman and those like her are tearing at the very fiber of our country. Free speech had gotten out of hand. I pray for our America!!!
