When Reagan said that it was when the debt was a percentage of the GDP, not when the GDP is a percentage of the debt as it is now. I don't expect you to understand that.
If he is trying to re-establish the Russian Empire why would he start in Ukraine? Belarus, Latvia, and Estonia would be easier to overtake. Why Ukraine?
Perhaps it's because NATO has been violating the agreement it made with Russia to not expand eastward and tried to get Ukraine to join NATO?

The real reason we went into Viet Nam is because it was a French colony and France couldn't keep control of it and needed it's big brother to come in and save it.
