They're just trying to find a way around a SCOTUS decision when it doesn't go their way.

Well if they lied, which they didn't, the Dems will do whatever legal or not or move whatever obstacles or people that get in their way of their agenda and if not right they will also just throw it out there to get people riled up for no reason. Typical let's throw something out over here so you can't really see how bad we are screwing up the country and it's citizens!

Will they Consider impeaching Brown-Jackson for saying she didn’t know what a women was because she wasn’t a biologist? Hadn’t heard a bigger whooper in my life. Is she going to hire a biologist when a case involves a women?
