No actual proof. Just coincidence. The Repblican party updated IT Security. How do they know happy bear didn't leave Republicans alone because the target was to hard. Happy Bear used phishing. Not very sophisticated. Maybe this was an independent who had Russia as a possible sales source for hacked material. I mean the Hillary campaign spent $9 million on the fake Trump dossier. Can't say it was the DNC that put that together.
