Oh do tell how this is Obama's legacy? Debt ceiling has been a government issue long before Obama and the inability of multiple sessions of Congress going back to 1940s to consistently balance the budget every FY isn't new. Know what could help the GOP, stop trying to find ways to cut taxes for their wealthy donors. Not committing money a useless wall would be something else they could do. Self-inflicting wounds.

Sgt Wayne Wood - Yeah the things that need to be done to recover a recession and fight a two front war. Bush more than doubled what Clinton and Reagan spent and got us into two wars and into a recession. Now Trump's economic plan is to spend also...so...what's your point?
