‘Apathetic safety mentality’ cited in Fort Hood wreck that killed 9 soldiers

Remember this incident like it was yesterday. A horrible example of training like it was combat. Hope this can be used as an example in driver training and leadership. 9 lives lost is worse than blue on green.
