Apollo 1 - The fire Disaster (1967)

On January 27, 1967, a fire in the Apollo 1 Command Module killed astronauts Gus Grissom, Ed White, and Roger B. Chaffee during a launch rehearsal. Gus Grissom, commander of the mission, was the second American to fly in space. Ed White was the first American to walk in space. It was Roger Chaffee's first mission.
