This is one of the reasons why I consider myself a California refugee. The liberals on this court are trying to strip our rights away and the focus right not is on the 2nd Amendment. Support the NRA and other gun rights organizations. The fight is now out in the open.

You don't have a right to carry concealed. Not sure where you thought that the Second Amendment says you can? You have a right to posses a firearm, in order to have the ability to form a militia. Now what you do with it while it is possessed is open to the law, but there is nothing about defending yourself, hunting, or collecting of firearms expressed or inferred in the 2nd Amendment.
