Approval expected soon for DoD civilians to shop in military exchanges

Great for DoD civilians but I doubt this will help take the exchange back to being a benefit for SM. I had said for years they take their price, advertise no taxes, and then add what the taxes would be to their price. Comes out the same as many locations such as Walmart and even more than Amazon. No benefit for me to drive 30mins when I can pay the same five minutes from my home.
