I must say this is a unique solution to the graduation party cost concerns!!! Everyone wins!!! First, let me say we all know the AR15 IS NOT AN ASSAULT WEAPON. The headline was written by the Washington Post. The weapon was donated by Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable Rowdy Hayden and Justice of the Peace James Metts. The AR-15 will be raffled off with a drawing on May 16 at 2:00 PM. Tickets cost $10 each. Proceeds are going to Project Graduation, an independent charity that supports alcohol-free graduation parties for New Caney ISD High School students. Warmest Regards, Sandy :)
