The amazing part of this story was the venue, but the story notes the issue will probably go to the SCOTUS, hopefully after our new Constitutionalist Supreme Justice is seated.

We can only hope, but I think he will be seated before it appears before SCOTUS.

I am hoping that this is a prelude to better things to come. In parts of California it’s virtually impossible to get a CCW.
