No use for them at all SGT (Join to see). I guess there are far too many of them in Florida.

If they had a problem with the mailbox, anything in the first year would have been the time to bring it up. If the HOA has changed management, now is not the time to fine or try to enforce "rules" that were ignored for years. Leave the man alone he earned the right to put up the mail box he wants. You do not get to invent the time machine to enforce your arbitrary rules. H.G. Wells found out it was not a good idea.

In Kentucky if a HOA rule has not been enforced for several years (don't recall how many years) the rule is considered to have been abandoned and it becomes unenforceable.
