Yes and No, while I am far from having access to any such data. Budgets being what they are I would say that our spy network has probably become more digitally inclined with less boots on the ground. Much less expense, the downside being like viewing the cosmos through a telescope, we are rather limited in our ability to see the whole picture

Erin Nelson - You have to be there to corroborate data I would think. It's hard to glean proprietary data from workers if you aren't there. Or so I would think.

Erin Nelson - We lost (again, I assume!) many years of boots-on-the-ground agent cultivation. It will take a long time to get that back. I'm sure that's is all being worked at very high levels.
