Attorney General Robert Barr's letter to Congress Friday, 22MAR19, in it's entirety. Note the 1st sentence after the salutation;
"I write to notify you pursuant to 28 C.F.R. 8 600.9(a)(3) that Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller III has concluded his investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election and related matters".
Note the use of the term "Russian Interference" rather than the term "Russian Collusion" or "Candidate Trump's or President Trump's Collusion". Sounds like Mr. Barr is trying to soften the blow ahead of time for the Democrats and the Left Wing! I can't wait to see the report in it's entirety.

Rumor has it that they are passing out boxes of Kleenex. They had to buy more stocks of it since it was used up at HRC Election Party. :)

Unless an expansion of duties included the word collusion, it was not used in the original letter.

The Democrats/Liberals will discard the truth as usual and waste more taxpayer dollars on worthless investigations. I have notice most of the Democrats/Liberals on RP are silent on this fact.....of course I did block about half of them already. :)
