Disappointing - but fully understand. I wonder how this will affect officer accessions? Your summer camp score was critical in determining which branch you requested.

They not only cancelled the leadership portion but several others including NSTP for nurses. Bad call in my opinion as we are already getting more quantity than quality in our nurses and now they are taking some of the training away to reduce their chances of getting sick. This is like taking an infantry soldier away from the range because they might get shot. There is a greater likelihood of a nurse getting sick than an infantry soldier getting shot however like the grunt, this is what we signed up for.
