He was the HHC Commander, high on drugs and joyriding in Richmond. That'll make a hell of an OER comment. ;-)

The hell of it is that since he's a Lieutenant, it will be a masked OER.
No one will get to see it unless they can view restricted parts of his OMPF.
I'm guessing he won't last long enough in the Army for that to be an issue, though.
