Army now forgiving of past marijuana use to attract recruits

Standards aren’t being lowered. Still need a waiver to get in, just like applicants always have. The Army is just allowing more waivers to be approved due to the growing legalization in certain states.

Nonsense. I learned to smoke pot in Vietnam with a lot of other good soldiers. Did two tours and avoided alcohol, which was encouraged. It is time for a change.
