Picking an American made firearm was what...? A difficult choice? So... Colt is no loner worthy as a combat firearm...? Smith and Wesson is...too problematic...? Time to reevaluate American gun manufactures but more importantly... time to spend American money...on American made firearms. One thing for certain... all guns can kill and maim equally. I'd like to see a .40 and a 10mm as the standardized round rather than a 9mm, small hands use a single stack mag...larger hands a double stack.

Sig has a rather larger production capability in the US.
The 9mm will continue to be used as long as we are apart of NATO.

It's nice but I'm sure the command team are the only ones allowed to carry it. I just wish the army will let non combat mos carry a 9mm.
