Susan Rice was working in Africa as an undersecretary for the US government when terrorists attacked those two embassies in Africa in 1998 but she didn't learn her lesson. Hillary Clinton, former President Obama, and Susan Rice all said that it was from a demonstration gone bad which is a crock of crap and if you watch the movie or the stories concerning the 13 hours of Benghazi, it was actually a planned complex attack with follow-on attacks as well.
