Should declare the cartels a terrorist organization, so disgraces like this could get life or execution for aiding the enemy.
The question remains, how are the cartels hooking our guys? This is nothing new, service members have been cut drug running, being mules, transporting weapons. It's not an epidemic but it needs to be curbed.
