SGT Jonathon Caldwell very informative and intriguing post to improve gut health. To be honest I never really thought about it.

More Cheese "I Like Cheese". I wonder if you could make powdered Yogurt with an active Bio in it? Need lots of those Healthy Bugs in your gut to give a hand.

Well for me this a day late and a dollar short. I believe over the course of my 8 years the MREs and chow the military provided caused the early onset of Diverticulosis for me. If I dont watch extremely closely what I eat it could be fatal. I, along with two other vets in my area, have been hospitalized one went to ICU after nearly bleeding to death internally. I wonder if this issue is more widespread and everyone just seems to not be catching on that MREs are messing up our service members.

I agree. I know a lot of different people with digestive and intestinal problems.
