I think this will be beneficial to the Army Total Force policy. I would even go so far as to say without this, the Total Force may not be a useful or effective policy. But what does Rally Point think?

It depends entirely on the units involved. I had the absolute pleasure to work with a National Guard Infantry battalion from Georgia that was disciplined and performed brilliantly. At the same time we had a USAR unit that made F-Troop look like Delta Force.

It requires standardized training. The AD is working with the NG/RC units now.
