Article 99 (1/11) Movie CLIP - There's Always Article 99 (1992) HD

I saw this in FB, and it's amazing how art really imitates life. The ONLY time a movie accurately describes the military is when they're talking about Veterans Affairs. If you listen to the dialouge, it's all true, and that is the shame of it all. Film was made in the early 90's, and nothing has changed. So when blaming Obama, remember it's been screwed since the Revolutionary War!!!
