We had one pop up in a retirement community in Woodbury, MN. Killed a dozen or so over the weekend.

1SG (Join to see) - A person would think that the vector path for a long term care facility would be different due to their closeness or distance from an urban area, but apparently not. What is even worse, in the case of some though they may be half a country apart that they had the same visitors - corporate representatives that visited those facilities before the major lock downs. An example, the vector for a Kansas City home was the owning corporations rep that had visited one or more of their facilities in the Seattle area.
