Okay lets get this right the Generation that basically created the fitness industry of today is the most unfit generation... WTF I am on the begging side of this generation and to say we are unfit WTF. This is the generation that invented the video fitness craze, and Bodybuilding was brought out from the darkness by the generation that followed Arnold. This is also the generation that started or brought Iron man and other world endurance races to the world. I say again WTF is he talking about. I remember when I first joined in 1989, and my first Battalion they started mandatory PT sessions that they had never had before. The other thing is they judge by BMI and that is showing to be out of date example is the Rock is considered Obese, I say again this is the generation that brought Body Building out of the Darkness. I think he is way off base, as I was in until 2013, did 24 years and saw new troops come in after Boot and could not out run 30 year olds and yes that would be Gen X. Now yes there are a good number, but to judge a generation based on less than 1/2 % IS WRONG. Yes this Military Generation that stayed in might be out of shape some what, the main reason is at war and major peace keeping and Disaster Recovery Operations.

Probably between a rock in a hard place, due to them trying to raise Generation Y-Z to lead the country.
