Astronaut John Young, who walked on moon, dies at 87

Fair winds and following seas, Sailor. It's a crying shame that there's going to be such a huge gap between when the last of those who've walked the lunar surface die and when the next astronaut does. SMH.

Just think, I was 10 years old when the last man landed on the moon. 1972. And just think, astronaut Neil Armstrong passed away 4 years ago. These early astronauts were Korean War veterans. Neil Armstrong was one of them.
