ATF Inspector Stops Firearm Purchase Claiming Buyer Smelled of Marijuana

How's this for some ATF BS. There has already been a ruling in Federal court that Users can not be denied as long as they are not currently UTI. It's going the way of other cases, through the appeals process. But, I don't remember hearing of any other rulings to nullify it, even temporarily. More Gov't functionary overreach.
