Attempted Undermining of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act ~ Williams v. Beemiller

People are harmed with firearms, not by firearms. None of those weapons has taken the initiative to do harm on its own. Just like a vehicle, it requires someone to use it.

Let's look at this another way. A guy buys a car, is texting on his phone and crashes into another vehicle and injuring that driver. I guess using the same logic of the frivolous suit above: The injured driver can sue the dealer and manufacturer of both the automobile and the cell phone used by the guy that caused the accident. The dealerz and the manufacturers should have known this guy would drive and text. Let's see how that would play in the courts.
