Can the Army make this a mandatory hand out to all newly promoted SPCs? I wish I was given something like this when I first made SPC.

Interesting idea. I could try to email some SNCO's about the possibility to pushing it to a CSM's Recommended Leader's Reading list. I'm not sure what military blogging companies I could sent it to other than Task & Purpose or Military.com. Do you?

Well, this was a pretty good read however, for a newly promoted specialist to be able to complete all of these tasks and comprehend the majority of this information would seem to be very overwhelming without a mentor. Just my opinion and observation.

Maybe I should I add a statement saying they should ask such questions via my email or Rallypoint.
