9th Circuit in the news again. HI lost their Appeal on the first hearing of the case to a 3 Judge panel. So they again appealed for an EnBanc hearing, and it was granted. The case was argued again Yesterday. Now the waiting. It's a big 2A case that's not getting a lot of mention in the media.

It is a ban on the 2A but right now it is all about trying to beat up on Trump approaching the election

The State's attorney is WRONG
_"...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Oxford Cambridge English Dictionary - Bear (verb) - to carry and move something to a place.
It seems the state's attorney wasn't in class that day and does not own a dictionary.
Until this gets sorted out "I was hunting feral pineapple officer, honest."
