Author Ijeoma Oluo's 'Mediocre' Confronts White Male Power In America

Author Ijeoma Oluo became a household name in 2018 when her book "So You Want To Talk About Race" hit bookshelves.

Her direct approach to discussing race and racism at home and work made the book an instant success. Her work got renewed attention this summer after the death of George Floyd.

Nearly three years later, Oluo's newly released book, "Mediocre: The Dangerous Legacy of White Male America," is tackling the issue of white supremacy. She joins host Tonya Mosley to discuss.
