This article is commercially available, for those on here who might want it, I think...I'd read it some time ago. Here's the thing: Many times in here, I've seen mentioned the whole VA claim backlog problem. While the problem didn't affect my wife and myself to any really major extent, we were, of course, well aware of it. That being said, I found the idea here of using ADR to mediate veteran disability and or benefit claims quite compelling. That doesn't mean it's be accepted, of course, however I nevertheless had a keen interest in the arguments the author posed, and !merely thought you all might care to see the piece, for that same reason, I'd be most eager for any thoughts, honest, I do have other related ideas, however, I thought to send this in first, many thanks....
