Yes but it's accurate, responsible advice. No one from anywhere should emerse themselves into these protests.

I tried to get out of the car when I was pulled over and despite the fact that I am white, female they were very forward in telling me to stay put. I totally agree that you must be compliant with requests. Acting out does nothing for your standing with any public safety officer. I had a tail light out and then didn't see his lights. I was singing with my kids. It was night. I was amazed that I was pulled over, but the officer was young and he ripped me a new one:-). I learned, sit in the car, pull out your license and registration and don't make excuses!

Col Rebecca Lorraine - I try and be as Compliant as I can and for the most part most of my experiences with Police have ended quite well. Only 1 ticket so far and if you take the "Way Back Machine" I did have a Policeman pull a gun on me once but that was a very long time ago the name of the town was Florissant, MO right next to Ferguson.
