Battalion CSM suspended after domestic assault arrest near Fort Campbell

The senior enlisted soldier for an air defense artillery battalion at Fort Campbell, Tennessee, is suspended from his leadership role after he was arrested off-post early Sunday morning on suspicion of domestic assault, Army Times has learned.
Command Sgt. Maj. Kevin Peterson was arrested at 3:19 a.m. on Freedom Drive in Clarksville, Tennessee, according to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office jail records.
The NCO was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, jail records said. Publicly available 911 call logs show someone called at 12:18 a.m. to report a “domestic [disturbance] in progress” on Freedom Drive.
Public records show that Peterson owns a home on the same street where the 911 call and arrest occurred, though the booking record did not specify the address at which he was arrested.

Damn I didn't know they moved air defense units to Ft Campbell. If he's guilty he deserves getting the book thrown at him

SGT Kevin Taber - been a long time ago, but you had SHORAD in BN CSC. Somewhere in DIV there was an ADA Gatling gun unit and a missile, smaller than HAWK and bigger than Redeye. I cannot remember what the Gatling gun nor the missile was called.

He was a 1SG in Iraq for one of the 44th ADA Companys , driving beyond slow in their company bus, decided to pass him per my BN XOs guidance from the passenger seat. Finally he caught up to us at the LSAs and decided to try and rip me apart before getting put in his place by the XO. The irony when I saw this on Army times, not even going to mention the stuff that was going on with that unit on deployment.
