We used paper tape on the LeFox system for Field Stations Berlin and Augsburg. I was in Berlin 87-90, but it was probably in use up until they shut the Field Station down in 92 - haven't needed it since (thank heaven!)

I've not see these tapes since 1988...
used to come off the teletype machines and Then fed thru the Teletype device and transmitted as Morris Code ... want to Know more ??? let me know...

I remember using it even up to Desert Strike in 96.

That looks like the tape we'd use to sync comm gear every month. Do our monthly and bi monthly rekeys.

Crypto System KYK-13 Used a Paper Tape for it's Base Code! I remember!
