Good evening LTC Udouj. I enjoyed the read.
It has been my experience, both India and China have made great strides in computer software knowledge. If Russia sees the future in who holds the top ground with AI will control the world, then their desire for ties with India have a greater purpose than sales.
The article does not mention Iran. Iran and Russia have a deal don't they? If Iran gets attacked, Russia must help them. Is Iran under attack now? Like the Kiev riots during the winter games?
With ISIS defeated in the field, are we seeing the next chapter in a global war?
If you can not answer my questions very well, I understand. It is hard for civilians to put the puzzle together. The MSM is lame and full of propaganda.
Regards,

And yet India is moving past the old relations with Russia.. and so it remains a point to keep watching to see how they do it. Its too expensive to re-equip with US equipment... and Russia and India have been going at it over the production aspects and building in India. Seen alot of companies try to breach the Indian military market - and yet bureaucracy totally stifles that.... and they are left with the Russian arms.
As for Iran.... I do no think Iran sees itself as under attack.. it is expanding its positions for when the day comes that it is under attack.. again.
