Another collusion story, great. Kind of like the Dems providing questions to liberal news outlets with questions for Trump? And, again, what is the statute covering collusion? Who has standing in this suit?

Remember when Whitewater turned up Monica Lewinski? (Which had nothing to do with Whitewater) It's all on the table and collusion is merely one of the possibility offenses. I'm just sitting back patiently and waiting on Mueller.

Stop with the collusion BS, statutes exist for a very narrow situation, how can you have a charge for something not illegal. Sheez!

SFC Chad Sowash - Clinton wasn't impeached for his affair with Lewinksy, he was impeached for lying under oath. Had he told the truth he would have avoided impeachment, perhaps a divorce from Hillary and no embarrassing DNA covered dress. A win, win, win for Slick Willie had he told the truth under oath. 100% he owned it and could have avoided it.

I thought lying was protected form of speech - New York Times v Sullivan (1964). As well it seems Wheeler is suing the network - that he worked for - claiming damages as his reputation was ruined in the airing of his BS story. Seems like his own statements damaged his reputation. I don't see mens rea on Fox's part. As such I don't think the suit has any basis via proximate cause.
