Benjamin Frankin’s Son Was Exiled to England During the American Revolution

I found this article fascinating. Benjamin Franklin and his son became estranged because each had set opinions on the Revolutionary War. Franklin signed the Declaration of Independence while his son remained a Loyalist. Franklin's son was the Governor of New Jersey and was instrumental in establishing what became Rutgers University.
