Absolutely agreed- I think he should also have to face the families of the soldiers who died while searching for his cowardly ass! I have no sympathy for him whatsoever.

Many good men died or were horribly wounded thanks to that treasonous POS deserter. If it were an eye for an eye, he deserves a death sentence for his betrayal of his fellow soldiers. I would not advise Trump’s comments, because Presidents should not comment on ongoing investigations or litigation but with that said, I think a fair question to ask potential jurors would be, “Have the President’s comments influenced your opinion of Sgt Berhdahl, either positively or negatively? And a Yes answer would disqualify the potential juror...
