Not a social media manager, however, it's more involved than one would think. On top of posting to Facebook, Instagram, ect. you are reading the comments, replying to comments, doing damage control, answering people's questions or pointing them to somebody who can, ect. As such, you would need to be monitoring the social media page(s) constantly. It's pretty easy to justify this as a full time job when it's done properly.
