Of course she is, she is in their pocket and has proved that from day one quietly removing protections. Conservatives don't not care they are against public schools and think you should pay to get a good education! Example charter schools a way to get around segregation laws!

She has been stopped by the courts on a few education issues. Her name has come up in the Mueller proble as well. I think she will go down in history as one of the worst Secretary’s of Education to fill that post. So it’s alright to mess over our Student Veterans? Unbelievable.

It's a rather strange problem and strange proposed solution because said Soldier or Veteran can blow their GI Bill money at any state university on a worthless degree as well. No pending legislation to stop that from happening and state universities are just as predatory if they know you have money. So why not change the law so that said Soldier or Veteran gets educational counseling via the VA or the Army prior to use of funds. Army used to have an education center on each post with counselors and VA should have a rep for each county and/or school.
