Biden says U.S. economy is world's best. Trump calls it a 'cesspool.' Data is clear.

The very first sentence says it all. "President Joe Biden is fighting to convince inflation-weary voters that the U.S. economy is healthy." You can use all the metrics you want. The metrics that matter to middle America are kitchen table metrics, President Biden lost that battle and it is unlikely that he can recover, no matter how much "malarkey" he spins off the manure spreader.

MSgt Gregory Pierce - Okay... I'll bite. Tell me the metrics of the economy that show American households are better off now than they were in 2020 pre-pandemic. So far... all you've offered is a pejorative and a thinly veiled insult. Show what you've got. Otherwise, you're just someone who showed up for a shin kicking contest. I've no interest in that.

Liars, damned liars, and statistics. Of course Biden doesn't know what's really going on (and even if he did he'd still say the same thing). He hasn't filled up a tank with gas or shopped for groceries in a long, long time. Even if he did, he wouldn't be aware. Stupid is as stupid does, demented is stupid as an art form. Don't worry. American's aren't fooled. Well, at least most Americans. Especially the ones who drive their own cars and shop for their own groceries. Sure, I know the ideologues are going to pile on and defend the lies, the damned lies, and the statistics. Let 'em. How else would we know who they are?

Problems with the economy include the damage done by inflation including housing, food and fuel costs for heating and transportation , high credit card debt , and salaries below inflation levels.
