Yes, him and Obama were so worried about ISIS recruiting they allowed ISIS to create a caliphate in Northern Iraq and Syria and allow for the slaughter of tens of thousands in northern Iraq and Syria at the hand of ISIS. Joe Biden's record on ISIS is abysmal. He should stick a sock in it.
