When I moved to North Carolina from Maryland I had a hell of a time finding a Primary Care Provider or evening anyone that would take Tricare Prime. Tricare like Medicare pays much less for services and is not popular with service providers in this area.

Varies by region I suppose, down here when wife was battling cancer I had a doctor tell us TRICARE was like the Cadillac of health insurance.

Hopefully this will give them more time to study this. I am not sure that getting rid of 17000 medical billets is so good.
