WO1 David M. Reed - You better be glad you don't live in Texas. The ratio is about 85% Hispanic. Try they do jobs some Americans don't want to do, but the majority do not pay taxes. They get paid in cash, and won't take checks. So who's fault is it that they are able to live here tax free with no auto insurance or license? It's our faults.
