Bill would allow last World War II Medal of Honor recipient to lie in state at Capitol

Thank you, my friend CW5 Jack Cardwell for making us aware that there is bipartisan support in the US Congress for a legislative law that t would have the last Medal of Honor recipient from World War II lie in state in the US Capitol Rotunda.
There are currently four surviving WWII Medal of Honor recipients living:
1. Former Marine 95-year-old Warrant Officer Hershel "Woody" Williams of West Virginia "was awarded the medal for his actions with a flamethrower and demolition charges in taking out enemy pillboxes during the battle of Iwo Jima.
2. U.S. Army 97-year-old Tech. Sgt. Charles H. Coolidge of Tennessee "was honored for leading a small unit in France in holding off overwhelming German attacks for four days.,
3. U.S. Army 93-year-old Tech. Sgt. Francis S. Currey of New York "was credited with taking out four enemy tanks in France with a "bazooka" and anti-tank grenades while rescuing five other U.S. soldiers guarding a bridge;" and
4. U.S. Army 98-year-old Technician 5th Grade Robert D. Maxwell of Colorado " was awarded the medal for falling on a grenade in France to protect other soldiers."
