Black vets earn more than civilian peers, but not as much as whites

To my African-American friends and to my peers and colleagues on Rallypoint, do you think this study is accurate? It disappoints me to see articles such as this but they also intrigue me. Bottom line, if someone is qualified for the job, they should be paid the same regardless of skin color.

We are all human after all.
